Haringey Mews

Multi-Unit Residential Project

On-Going

Kieran Wardle Architects is designing two new mews houses in north London that make use of land currently housing a light industrial yard.

The mews houses have been designed on a challenging site with limited views due to the nature of the neighbouring buildings. To combat this, both houses have dual-aspect, open plan ground floor layouts running from the front to the back of each house. Large windows bring natural light through the open plan living spaces and make the most of the limited views that the has.

Both houses have been efficiently designed to have two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms suitable for a family home, with the potential for both houses to be expanded into the loft space in the future.
